You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, for any dispute not subject to alternative dispute resolution by separate written agreement.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WLS regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
